Our company organized a go kart competition last
Saturday. It was part of Axon Games where we have about 6 games ( ping
pong , bowling , pool) organized to foster team building spirit thingy
in our company. this was my first time lah go kart-ing..syiok! The go kart game was held in CityKarting in Batu 3 Shah
Alam.. It was pretty fun considering it’s free of charge hehe…but if
you wanna drive a kart there, it will set u back 35 ringgit for around
4-5 laps for 80cc go kart. Go and try it! it’s pretty fun and it’s
quite cheap considering for other racing sports you have to pay so much
more…

okay ..the first round was 8 laps..i got no 5…the second round (8 laps) i’ve got fourth place..
not bad for a first timer eh? the 3rd round (8laps) we have to exchange car so i’ve got this crappy lil car with no grip and bad acceleration so i ended up quite far behind..i was also spinning like crazy at those sharp turns..by the end of the 3rd round i was ready to puke ..good thing i didnt have a big breakfast..haha next time u go batu 3 circuit take car no 26..dont take car no 2!

this guy is the man…y? because he bakes some killer nan…the best in town in my opinion..
what’s his name? I have no idea cos i just call him ‘macha’…or sometimes i refer to him ‘the nan macha at durbar’ ..durbar is a mamak restaurant in tmn melawati that has been there for ages..not one of those fake mamak chain  restaurant with them nice uniforms thank you.. *cough*d’kayu*cough*lotus*cough*pelita*cough*

this guy’s nan combined with Durbar’s dalca and also the must-have chutney (coriander leaves-coconut-garlic paste) is to die for!

funny story behind this picture..i took my dslr d70s for some photo hunting around melawati and me shamer and swai lepaked afterwards at this restaurant..when the Nan macha saw me with my big-ass camera he was like giving the gestures to take photos of him…so he took a cooked tandoori chicken and pretended as if he was roasting it as he posed for this shoot..he asked me to print it on a proper photo paper but as of today i haven’t gotten around to doing that so everytime i  lepak at durbar this fella would keep on pestering me ‘macha mana gambar dey??!’ hehe.. i will print it tonite my nan macha..keep ‘em good Nan coming will ya…

It was the Chinese New Year holiday weekend - Ayu Nani and me
decided to go up north to jalan2 cuti2 malaysia and also to visit
Suhaila (highschool friend) who is staying Sg Petani. It was a 3
days/2nights trip , we didnt plan for accomodation or anything , just
hentam saja and drive up there but it was damn fun! We visited tons of places like batu
feringhi , gurney drive etc so here’s a collection of photos taken over
the course of 3 days in Penang and Kedah..

if you’re in Penang area but on the mainland side, do try Char Koey Teow
Kg Pelet near Penanti/Kubang Semang Area..the gravy is damn delicious…
