Lover’s Walk in Cinque Terre - a pathway connecting 5 villages along Italy northern coastlines. This Lover’s Walk is the pathway connecting Riomagiorre and Maranola , at the end of the pathway there’s a sculpture or sort that symbolizes the eternal love.

In the picture , you can see many locks being locked to the railing , Italian believes by locking a lock there , you’ll be bonded forever with your love ones…

as you guys might have read from the previous post (*geez time like these I wonder if anyone even interested in these crap i’m posting from time to time *) I’ve just returned from a super-fun-like-hell backpacking (trying to sound cool by inserting the work ‘backpacking’) trip to Tuscany..

I’m still waiting for my slide film to be processed which gonna take 1 week (stupid Jessops!) but so far here’s some teasers that might gave an idea of how fun it is..of course the company or who you’re with at that time counts too!

Had a good rest this weekend..was pretty tired cos i just barely got back from Malaysia dah pegi cuti Italy pulak..just got back from enjoying the beach of Northern Italy last week so this weekend baru dpt rest..anyway, went for Friday prayer last friday … in Egham there’s no mosque or anything like that so most of the time the prayers are held in some music hall at the Royal Holloway University . These past few weeks though, it is the exam time of the semester so this music hall are booked for exams. So we ended up praying in this multi purpose hall that is next to this church - (it belongs to the church)

thanks to the Church committee for letting us use the hall for Friday Prayers…i’m very touched to see such tolerance displayed by British Christian people (and i’ve heard of similiar cases in America too)

I’m not sure if given a scenario in Malaysia where a group of Christians wanted to use some dewan serbaguna (let’s say at Skolah kebangsaan, don’t even imagine that these people can use any dewan that belongs to a masjid!) for prayer purpose, sure got some intolerant radical muslim ppl making up fuss for sure knowing our Malaysian mentality..let’s hope later on we all could be more tolerant in the future and be more involved in more inter-faith community
